White pillar Candles are the most versatile and most popular candle. White symbolizes innocence, purity, goodness, cleanliness and virginity which is why in the West it is the most common color for brides to wear and the most common candle color used at weddings.

Churches and community groups also use white pillar candles for ceremonies and vigils. In some cultures white is a color of mourning.

Whatever them you have at home white should go with it and don’t be afraid to use it with other color candles. White pillar candles mixed with light pastel color candles makes your display look more fun and energetic. It makes the pastels stand out more. At Christmas the reds and greens can get a bit heavy, so mix in some white pillar candles with your red and green pillar candles for a lighter, softer effect.
